Homemade Gummy Candy

  1. Pour ½ cup of cold water into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add ¼ cup of corn syrup into the bowl, and mix until fully dissolved.
  3. Pour the water & corn syrup mixture into a pot on the stove, with the heat off.
  4. Add both packets of unflavored gelatin and Jell-O into the pot, and mix until fully dissolved.
  5. Turn the burner on medium low for 5-10 minutes, stirring every minute or so to prevent the syrup from burning.
  6. Once the gelatin has fully liquified, pour the mixture into a candy mold. The syrup is very hot, so be careful.
  7. Let sit at room temperature for about 6 hours, or until firm.
