  1. Combine all dough ingredients in a bowl, and add more flour if needed.
  2. Cover and let dough rise for 1 hour.
  3. Grab a 10-inch non-stick pan and coat the bottom in olive oil (and optionally, herbs and spices).
  4. Place the risen dough ball into the pan, and spread out flat. Stretch the dough up the edge of the pan, as the dough will contract.
  5. Coat the surface of the dough with a little bit of olive oil.
  6. Turn the burner on medium and set the broiler to maximum. Cook the dough until the bottom is browned.
  7. Take pan off of heat. Sprinkle parmesan, mozzarella, and any additional toppings on the pizza.
  8. Place the pan under the broiler until cheese is browned.
  9. Remove the pan from the broiler and let cool before cutting & serving.
